Any experience of access to work

I've put in an application for help getting to work as I struggle with crowds and public transport.
It's a short cab journey and I really hope I can get assistance.
The link was sent after I was diagnosed with hyperactive impulsive ADHD with autistic traits and I already have SAD and GAD for many years.
Anyone claiming this how does the system work?

I didn’t realise you could get access to work for ND. I’m not sure how it works but I’m going to look in to it myself. I have ASD and ADHD (diagnosed), and also struggle with public transport.

Yes its about a 7 month waiting list. There is a FB group A2W and ADHD.

I was awarded travel costs - it's quite convoluted but once you get oast the admin it's okay.

How does it work.Do I have to pay taxi and get reimbursed?
It's only a ten minute journey.

Is your employer aware of this? I haven’t disclosed my AsS and ADHD yet as I haven’t told a lot of people.
