Adult ADHD assessment

Hi all!

I have my adult adhd assessmen coming up and I was wondering what happens in the appointment? I’m doing it through harrow health adhd right to choose. Thank you lovelies x

Have you had relatives fill in forms about you?
Various questions are asked about your childhood, schooling - worth giving it some thought as there will be things you will have forgotten about or didn't occur to you they might be relevant.

I’ve had mine recently and it was fairly straight forward. If you search online for adult adhd questions - my gp asked me to fill that out and they sent it off to the person who did my assessment. They then asked me to give examples on each question and how it affected my day to day life- including when I was younger. Got the results there and then.
