How long did you have to wait for ADHD assessment diagnosis/feedback??

How long did it take for you to get your diagnosis/feedback after your ADHD assessment? I had mine today and then I was told I’ll get a feedback phone call on Friday.

I was also told I should apply through RTC for an autism assessment as I displayed Autism traits.

I was assessed two weeks ago through Psychiatry UK and have been told my full report will be available in 4 months.

Thanks @Lallybroch I was quite surprised by the wait as I’d heard quite a lot of people get their ADHD diagnosis at the end of their session.

Sorry I wasn't clear- I got the diagnosis at the end of the assessment, but the copy of the report won't be with me until later due to the volume of assessments they do.

I got my ASD diagnosis at the end of the assessment as scored high enough for them to be able to give it, but had to wait for my ADHD result for a couple of weeks and for the full reports for each. I was diagnosed with both.

I got my diagnosis verbally on the last day of my assessments and testing. The report followed shortly after.

I got diagnosed Thursday at the age of 58.
