Late dx inattentive ADHD here. Been on quick release methylphenidate for a few years and it works.

However perimenopause is rearing and I am finding myself having anxiety. I always had it slightly but it's more penetrating and uncomfortable iyswim.

Anyway I was in H&B the other day to buy deodorant and I picked up some Lions Mane gummies. I talked myself into trying them. Has anyone else tried them?

Erm it was about an hour later and I noticed my vision was quite sharp and perceptive and my mood was quite good. I then just kept being productive literally all day. Then had no trouble falling asleep. It may be psychosomatic as we are now in the longer daylight hours- maybe I am feeling the effects of those.

But part of me is also hoping it's the gummies as if so I will happily take these for the next 5-10 years while perimenopause does its thing.

I had the same effect today with my mood and energy.
