Can’t get teen to engage with revision

Our adhd teen lies to us about his revision input and deprioritises it continuously or avoids it. He knows it upsets us. If we approach the subject he gets angry.
His exams are starting Monday and we know he has barely done a thing. We know it is too late now so have almost given up.
what has worked best for you in combatting revision avoidance?

Procrastination and boredom are adhd traits. Probably why revising is so hard.
Im trying to think of a way of making t less boring. What about you reading the work out to him then firing questions about it.
I was hopeless at revising, my grown up DCs were pretty bad at revising. We were only recently diagnosed.

It definitely is boring for him. Have tried to help him but he doesn’t want to know. So we have had to leave him to it. Every time we see him, he is doing something else but what he should be doing. This morning he has an exam starting at 8.50, and at 8.20am he is still taking his time getting ready, with no sense of urgency. Just feel so helpless. We can’t seem to do anything right.
