Profile of symptoms with diagnosis

I keep reading about people having profiles after an assessment where their strengths and weaknesses are listed/described/stated/whatever. I’ve heard of spiky profiles. What does that mean? My assessment write up reads like a list of symptoms but no profile or any positives at all. Just a yes, disabled by ADHD and qualifies for reasonable adjustments under disability laws. Was I supposed to get a profile? I’d have liked a nice chart. Maybe a pie chart. My assessment was with Clinical Partners. They keeps asking for feedback but I’m still processing and awaiting my ASD assessment in a few weeks so I’m not giving any feedback yet.
An old uni friend that I’m no longer in touch with had a diagnosis of ASD with ADD aspects but that was 10 years ago so might have changed.
I’ve still not said out loud that I have ADHD. I’ve not told my mum even. I’m still finding it weird.
