I love pasta, pot noodle, pizza, burgers, ritz crackers, and a few others.
but I rarely ever eat like that. I can and do force myself to eat healthily daily, but I absolutely hate it and find it taxing.
I know I don’t like the texture of vegetables that have been frozen or tinned, hate gristly meat, so I avoid that as much as possible and it’s tolerable.
My mental health would improve short term if I ate what I wanted to, but my physical health would decline.
