ADHD in girls

Could you please tell me what signs you'd see in a 9yo girl with ADHD?
My son has been diagnosed at 12 and I'm wondering about signs in girls as she is really behind at school and I'm wondering if potentially there is something behind it.

Also recommend asking in the SN Children section. My DD is AuDHD so it’s difficult to know what is the ADHD and what is the ASD. Lots of anxiety though.
