Has anyone applied for Pip when in receipt of carer’s allowance for children as well?

I’m a single parent with 2 AuDHD children with high care needs who receive DLA, I receive carer’s allowance for them.
I am also diagnosed with Autism and ADHD but am scared to apply for PIP even though I feel I qualify in some sections (my partner supports us a great deal even though we don’t live together) but I’m worried it then looks like I can’t take care of my children.

Has got any advice at all please?

Sorry this has gone unanswered, I get carers and ADP (Scotland) but the carers is for DH who has physical disabilities. I think you have to be very careful when applying for PIP that you don't contradict yourself. So you can't say you don't do X/Y/Z if you do it for DC
