Overwhelmed by which "right to choose" provider to go with for adult autism assessment

My gp has put me forward for a referral for adult autism. I'm just so overwhelmed by who to go with. It is such a big decision. Ideally, I'd like a face to face assessment, as I find Zoom difficult. Please can you share your experiences. Thank you 🙏

I asked my husband to look for me as felt the same overwhelm. He found Skylight Psychiatry. My GP referred me 23rd Jan. I had a virtual assessment 21st Feb and have a face to face booked for 28th Feb. They've said the report will take 6 weeks after the final appointment. I obviously can't comment on the report and face to face. But the pre assessment, communication and speed have been good so far.

Thank you so much. I have had a look at Skylight and they have a clinic really close to my house. I hate virtual appointments, so am hoping they would see me face to face? Their reviews are really good too! x
