Harrow Health Problem

Hi everyone

I went with Harrow Health for my Right to Choose Assessment.

They sent me forms at start of January - two forms for me to fill in, two for me to fill in, two for an informant.

They said in their blurb that if there was no informant they would send different forms.

So I emailed them at the beginning of January and have heard nothing. The email is the only way of contacting them.

I'm getting stressed now because I don't think they'll reply to me, so I'll never progress.

I'm thinking of filling in the informant forms myself, saying it's me of course, then when they get the forms they can see I don't have an informant.

I wish I'd gone with the other company!

Has anyone else gone with HH and had experiences with them?

This is very strange. They sent me the forms, I pretty much immediately asked for the other childhood form and they sent it to me within the hour. If it helps, it was the childhood wener utah screener: northyorkshireccg.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/wender_utah_rating_scale-short-version.pdf

I did email them for an update recently on waiting list times and they haven't replied yet, although the answer to my question was in the auto reply.

A few posts on one of the right to choose facebook groups sounded like they were looking at October referrals currently. (From the dates given, it sounded like a 16 week wait from referral date to appointment) I'm guessing they've had a massive influx of referrals because they had the shortest waiting time.

@MadameWombat Did you get a reply? I've emailed again and still no response from them. Am now wondering if I should change and go with another company. I haven't filled in the now section for another person as I don't have anyone to do it, so in however many weeks they won't be iving me an appointment, because that's missing. I emailed them the one you linked to.
