Struggling to hold down a job.

I did 4 years in retail, which I seemed to get on fine with.
And have had 4 jobs in the last 2 years (I'm still on one of those 4 currently)

But I'm struggling massively with it.

The issue is I'm awaiting for my autism diagnosis and I work in high pressured environment, with staff from different cultures, who don't understand autism at all.

I just don't know what to do, because I'm an adult (32) and still in a job (I think I'm gonna lose it after Christmas) no one will help me, I have looked at charities for help but can't get any help!

Options:

  1. Request reasonable adjustments anyway on the basis of probable autism.
  2. Go back to retail.
