I really like hot salsa and cheesey Doritos, I love licking the cheesey dust off, the crunch satisfies a sensory need and I need the heat from the salsa as it also satisfies a part of me. I’m also like this with the cracking feeling of magnum icecream, I love ritz crackers. I do have other coping mechanisms that aren’t food, but are there any healthy alternatives as I’m trying to lose weight
