ADHD and medication for teenage gitls

Hi there,
My DD has had an ADHD diagnosis for 8 years but has refused meds for the last 4 (she is now 17). Recently, after really struggling to get any of her A level course work done, she has decided to reconsider meds and we have an NHS appointment tomorrow.
Previously she suffered with anxiety, poor sleep, and depression, with limited positive effects on Equasym and Concerta. Does anyone have any positive teenage medication stories where it has made a real difference? What other intervention (ADHD coaching/CBT) have you tried and what hasn’t worked at all? Feel a bit last chance saloon with this given her previous resistance.

My DH and I have been using Feel Gud mushroom gummies for a couple months now and noticed a big difference in our focus and stress levels. We've actually been through a very stressful few months which would normally have me stressed to the max, tension headaches and problems with sleeping but I've had none of that. I feel like we've both dealt with the stress much better than usual. If she's reluctant to use pharmaceuticals you could try those first.
