Noise cancelling headphones that don't play music - for school

Question for group - my daughter really benefits from wearing noise cancelling headphones to school. She has some “Loops” which work really well but because she wears them almost all day everyday her ears get really itchy and irritated. School, understandably, don’t want her to wear normal noise cancelling over ear headphones because they don’t want to have to police wether she is listening to music or not. Anyone got any information on good quality noise cancelling headphones that dont play music please? thanks

I like my Beats. I mean technically they can play music of course but they have noise cancellation without music, which you can toggle on and off.

My son has a few pairs of Snug ear defenders. Got them from Amazon. Lots of different designs. He has a set at school and one at home. They don't play music.
