I had one a few months ago.
It was online and they needed the screen to show my whole body as they observed for none verbal as well as verbal signs.
I was really worried but it wasn't as bad as I thought. There were two people assessing (this seems quite normal to have 2+ as dc had 3-4 when being assessed).
The questions were all expansions of questions I'd (and my family) been asked on the questionnaires. Plus how would you feel/what would you do scenario questions. Basically they needed evidence of hitting each area of the criteria to give a diagnosis. There not there to catch you out. The nurse that was present told me most get a diagnosis because they'd have been screened out long before.
At the end they gave me the diagnosis. I then got the report a few weeks later, I was amazed at how many little things they'd picked upon during the assessment.
When I got the diagnosis my whole body shuck, I think with a combination of its done now and all those years I've been told your odd, different theres a reason why. I've not told anyone but just knowing the reasons I'm like I am has given me some sence of relief and acceptance.
Just go in and be yourself (as much as you can) be honest, don't try downplaying things and ask for explanations if you don't understand. Good luck.
