Pt work

I work part time in an office (24 hours per week). Everyone else is full time with the exception of one other who works school term time only. My children are adults and a colleague knows this and keep wonders why I don’t work anymore hours. I don’t need to and although I don’t have an ASD diagnosis, feel I more than likely am. The hours I work tire me as it is.

How do I shut her up? I also do a pt volunteering job which I love but never share this information with anyone either.

Ask her why is she so concerned? Or lie and tell her you are actually loaded you just do the job as more of a hobby. People like this drive me mad. I had a newer person in my place make comments about when I leave the office and then she made comments about my being a parent etc. She hasnt a clue how many hours I work in reality I leave before her cos i am there from 5am the days i go in. If I could tell her to go fuck herself I would to be honest. Some people have no tact.

It's none of her business why u work the hours u work ,I hate these busy bodies.
Tell her you have loads of money so u don't need to work anymore hours.
Or thanks for ur concern but I don't need the money .
