Going for my assessment soon. Everything is strongly pointing towards ADHD and every negative trait associated with it.
Basically I'm just not coping and stress levels are at a maximum.
Basically this morning I'm needing some positively of how a diagnosis and taking medication changed your life for the better.
Yes I know medication not a magic fix etc but I've tried alot of things and it's my next resort if offered.

Please help me see light at the end of the tunnel.

I can't answer properly yet as I'm still waiting to start meds (soon hopefully!) but didn't want to leave your post unanswered.....I am very much hoping for.....not a miracle, but an improvement! I do have friends who have had very positive experience with Elvanse so am crossing my fingers.... good luck!!!

I an attempt to avoid pharmaceuticals I've started taking mushroom gummies and am considering Ashwagandha soon but I wasn't to give the mushroom gummies a few weeks on their own to see if they make a difference. I've heard good things so fingers crossed. For me regular exercise and a good diet are key. I've noticed If I get lazy with those, things start to fall apart.
