Maternity leave feeling stuck

I'm on mat leave and am really struggling to get going each day. I get up and take other kids to school/nursery so me and baby are up and dressed but then I feel frozen and don't know what to do. I don't feel like this at work or when I have stuff that needs doing. Anyone else the same or have any suggestions of how to get up and out? I'm the same even on days I have the other kids here too. I struggle unless it's something preplanned

I have this as well - as you say, if there is something to do then I will do it and it will be easy.
I just need to be so disciplined about organising myself the night before (at least!) about exactly what I want to do, I’ll even put it in my diary for the time I think it will actually take up.

With the structure in place (ie in my diary) if my brain starts running around and / or seems to overwhelming I can more easily refocus by looking at diary and seeing exactly what I am doing.

it sounds so basic and tedious, but it really helps me!

and give yourself a pat on the back when you do do something!
