Meals on adhd meds

Please help- my meds slash my hunger until I hit starvation but only want sugar or salt.

I have zero motivation or interest in food at the moment to prep but I need to eat well as I train a lot of sport.

So hit me with your meal prep or what you eat and how on your meds

Currently I train about 2 hours a day, and my diet is usually

Breakfast
2 lattes (home made semi skimmed)

Lunch
Blondie (home made) or protein bar

Mid afternoon
Wrap with chicken or sandwich

Late tea (as I train 630-9) and can't eat past 430
945 - crackers and cheese / crisps / blondie

I train and before meds I have overnight oats with protein powder and egg and cottage cheese on toast for breakfast. Snack on crudités and dried fruit and nuts.

Lunch is a wrap or protein and salad.

Before I train I might have half a banana or apple and peanut butter.

Dinner is a variation of meat/fish and carb and veg.

If I have calories left I will have more yoghurt, berries, nuts, sometimes I will make a smoothie and add protein powder.

For a sportsperson your diet is appalling. Do you not eat fruit or vegetables at all?! I'm horrified.

Huel. I don't have to think about preparing it, balancing macros, etc etc, just weigh it out and shake it up.

Huel and protein bars are not food. At best they fill a gap as a snack.

I ate a lot of them at one point and ended up diagnosed with low folic acid. You really need to ensure you get good sources of folate in your diet e.g. spinach for energy.

Huel is food. However, it's food designed for men, so women need to ensure that they get extra iron and folates, as you found.

It's the feelings of sickness the meds bring during the day that make things hard to eat, salty foods are good and I am going to do better and make more effort but need a plan if you get me
As if I eat what I fancy, it's a latte during the day with a cake and then eating more after 4, it's got progressively worse and I used to have a nutritionist but on meds food is so meh
