I have an Alexa and really hoped that 'she' would help me with my ADHD fuelled awful working memory, time blindness and generally rubbish executive function.
But I've been really disappointed. I can set an alarm for a particular time, but can't seem to do much else.
Compared to phone apps and AI her functionality seems a bit rubbish. The issue is that I fail to consistently use any phone apps so I hoped that having Alexa to talk at before a thought disappears from my brain never to be seen again would be really helpful.
Does anyone else find her ineffective WRT helping with executive function etc?
