Vitamins that help calm ADHD symptoms?

Saw an article that suggested certain vitamins may help calm ADHD symptoms in children (reducing aggression, helping focus), eg B vitamins.

Has anyone found these help?

For context I'm looking at different ways to support my DS (13) who is AuADHD. He has aggressive outbursts almost daily. As a very picky eater he probably could do with a decent vitamin supplement, just not sure which (will need to be liquid or chewable and not full of e numbers or artificial sweeteners).

Maybe speak to a GP .. I take magnesium and it helps a lot with feeling more regulated. Also Vitamin D.

@ThatLostSock not a direct answer to your question but my DS found mindfulness hugely beneficial. It's now part of his morning routine, and at other times he feels he needs it. He's been doing it since about the same age as yours. He used an app at first.
