can i ask what reasonable adjustments any of you guys have found useful or beneficial in your workplace?

Gym break or walk break mid day
No nights as adhd meds would make this impossible
When a 121 or meeting is requested with my boss context is given to avoid mis understandings as I assume I am in trouble
Designated desk
1 wfh day a week
Lots of work to do - so avoiding Bordem as I like to have too much work almost so I can have a boring admin task to relax with after a meeting etc
No more than 2 meetings a day

Being allowed to get a drink whenever I need to

Active noise cancelling headphones. Complete game changer.
