Hi, has anyone had any success on this recently applied 6 weeks ago for my son who is awaiting adhd assessment only thing I have had is a text saying they have confirmed identity, asked for update on webchat says they can't provide one ? Seems like it's not a very good systems if they can't tell you what stage it's at?

It's taking months, there are a few Facebook groups that might be helpful to you in terms of other peoples experiences.

I found it to be a positive experience but I just did the application and waited, it took about 4 months but that was back in 2022
