Hello.
I was diagnosed professionally and found out a couple of weeks ago. I’m 50. My dyslexia is processing and memory function. I was high percentiles for spelling, words but very low on retaining new information. Not sure about the ADHD. Also Perimenopausal!

Does anyone have any resources / direction / tips and where I can find out more please? TIA

How do you prefer to consume information?

I have found these podcasts very informative

https://podcasts.apple.com/ie/podcast/adhd-for-smart-ass-women-with-tracy-otsuka/id1443678424

They’re primarily about adhd but Tracy Otsuka talks about her ds’ dyslexia. There’s a huge overlap in different neurodiversities and adhd is particularly well resourced online.
