Has anyone used a life coach that specialises in neurodivergent people?

I'm AUDHD, 40s, late diagnosed and just failing at adulting tbh.

I feel overwhelmed and lost, and wondered if anyone had tried an adhd/autistic specialising life coach??

I've seen mentions of them on social media, but don't know of anyone that's used one.

I'm having talking therapy for emotional "stuff" I'm processing, but i do feel some support in getting things moving positively might be helpful, if the person knew their stuff on ND life in general.

I'm also AUDHD. I have had one session with the psychologists that diagnosed me and it was amazing. Sadly I've had to pause further sessions as I've been struggling mentally and just didn't feel I could give it my all. But when I'm ready I'll be picking it back up as I really gel with the woman. I have been seeing a more general talking therapist over the past 9 months, but like you really feel the way forward is with a ND affirming coach. Could you google those in your area?

I'm late diagnosed ADHD and have had (work related) coaching from Lexxic and they were great. It was actually Lexxic who first identified that I probably have ADHD (I've since had a formal diagnosis) when they were assessing me for brain fog (long Covid related).
