Date Night-AITA?

Husband hardly ever takes me out. He's asked If I want to go and see a film, I immediately said yes, because I was just so happy that he'd asked. I have adhd, films are difficult for me, he knows this. He likes watching films. AITA for saying that this date night is more for him than me? X

oh FGS OP, really

It will be the last time he suggests anything if you start getting pissy about the cinema tonight.

And i wouldn’t blame him

Do you ever “take him out”?

Mentalhealthnursemama · 09/12/2023 18:39

No but maybe I should. I guess I'm a little traditional and think it's a man's role to be romantic. No need to be quite so aggressive though! I was only asking 😕. I haven't "gotten pissy" with him either

so you don’t ever take him out either 😂

You say he hardly ever takes you out but as married equals surely going out is just a discussion between you?
