Experience of stimulant meds

Hello.

I have just switched from xggattin (Ritalin) 40mg to elvanse 30mg because I did not like the zombie effect and the rage I felt

Day 2 of elvanse and I just feel it's so smooth in comparison- there is not much of a come

The appetite suppressant affect is similar but I struggled to get to sleep last night

What's everyone's experiences?

I was on elvanse 50mg, switched to xxagatin 54mg, which was great for a while but eventually made me feel depressed. I've gone back onto elvanse now, much better.
I sometimes take melatonin for sleep, I get mine without prescription from piping rock
