Shared Care agreement cancelled - losing the plot

I've been on a shared care agreement for the past year after being stable on Elvanse for a while.

My gp won't prescribe any further Elvanse because my SCA has been cancelled. I was told i would have to speak to the clinic who diagnosed me (S4D appointed by the NHS) but they won't help because I've been "discharged" by them.

...am I back at square one? I cannot handle going through the process again! It took me 4 years on nhs waitlist!

Does anyone have similar experience? I hope not but just in case you have wisdom...

I have to pay a yearly fee to keep access open between my provider and gp. I'm discharged from titration but have to check in 6 monthly with them to make sure all is still well and can continue with my meds
