Issues with relationships at work..

I’ve not really got along with our Office Manager and thinking about it there’s been other managers in the past who’ve had issues with me. Quite why I can’t work out, but I’m certainly no favourite! I do struggle when overwhelmed but certainly don’t make a fuss, just do my best, I rarely stay after hours (why should I. I’m not one for change so that’s hard for me, but I do my best.

It’s something I’m not sure how to change? I want better relationships with managers, just not sure how?

Can you say a bit more about how you don't get on?
What gives you the impression that you're not a favourite?
What would you like it to be like?

Yes, to give examples I’ve been outright blanked to my face when other colleagues receive a hello, how’s you doing? I feel as if I’ve bern sent to Coventry as they say. Yet I don’t know why. I’m probably the quietest one in the office and try to just keep my head down. I don’t creep or fuss over them, but I know other colleagues who do.
I think I’m on the spectrum and tend to be honest in my replies but never ever rude.
I just don’t feel as if I’m part of the team. I feel like the odd one out.

Since you keep your head down they probably think you don't want to be acknowledged. If you're entering a room or group of people I think it's expected that you say hi first.

Where did you read I entered a room and kept my head down? 😂. Thanks for your help 😆

You wrote it here:

I didn't mean literally you kept your head I mean I got the impression that you go in and get stuck in your work and don't make much small talk. So they could be responding to that by not attempting to interact with you much because they think that's what you want.

I have the same issue and I'm quite loud and normally bubbly
Some people take a dislike to me even though I work hard participate in projects.
It is quite unsettling.
