That's it really. I'd been wringing my hands about it for a while. My husband convinced me to ring the GP. I was so worried that they would challenge me, but the doctor just asked me a few questions and said that she agreed with my reasons for requesting an assessment. I filled in an AQ-10 questionnaire today and submitted it to the surgery.
Anyone want to wait with me? 1 to 2 years. I'm relieved to have made it this far.
