Autism called me, lost kids - what would you do?

Social took my kids to their and my abuser as decided by the court.

they say Autism is mh issue, calling it EUPD.

it’s loosing battle as I have nhs diagnosis of autism. Court ignore it and believe social. They say that means abuse as I no get “help for EUPD”.

I cannot see kids accept supervised by abuser. I can’t do this.

i have opportunity to move abroad and put money in kids account when older. Should I do this?

can’t see any way I can get back. They are not long til left school 4-5 years then adults. I’m scared for them but no one listen. What would you do?

Perhaps contact an autism charity to see if they’ll help you appeal.

BPD (aka EUPD) is a common misdiagnosis for autistic women and girls. I am horrified that the court is believing the unqualified social workers' "diagnosis" over the qualified medical professionals' diagnosis.
