I loved Devon Price's Unmasking Autism, but would really like a book which speaks to the experience of living with both ASD and ADHD. Bonus points if it is available on Audible!

What are your favourites? And which books have been a let-down?

I had high hopes for The ADHD Toolkit for Women by Sarah Davis and Linda Hall, but a couple of mistakes in it early on has put me off; "basil ganglia" ( basal ganglia, ffs) and how "the Cerebellum leads the psychical movements of your body" 🙄🙄 I'm assuming that should be "physical movements". Disappointing. I've ordered ADHD 2.0 by Edward Hallowell as recommended by someone on here. I was swayed by the ADHD Toolkit one as it's for women, but with those mistakes in the first few pages it's really put me off. Happy to here about any other recommendations!

Not a book but a podcast - The Neurodivergent Woman is brilliant and covers all aspects of life with ADHD and autism. It really is the only place I have seen many day to day life challenges addressed, such as balancing the needs of different ND members of the family.

I second the " neurodivergent women podcast " it is excellent and does cover a lot of real life issues and explains different aspects of autism/ adhd in more detail than I have seen elsewhere.

Will see if there are any more good book recommendations!

If you're on Facebook there's Joe James the Autistic Photographer, he's also ADHD and he's just wrote a book.
