Bowel movement and autism

Hi ,
i hope to get some advice and guidance here speaking about my 6 month old.
he was born having prolong jaundice , colicky and reflux however this has all settled.
From the age of 3 months he was always passing his bowels every 3-4 days ( mix feed formula and EBM) . I was told as long as he doesn’t strain that is okay .
However now he is 6 months and from 4 months I’ve been noticing when his body ‘ shiver ‘ for 1 second and I realise he is trying to poo. He doesn’t show any discomfort of crying etc. He has started solid and he goes to poo daily once or somedays up to 3 days once . Some days are hard but some days are soft . I’m afraid this could be an initial symptoms of Autism or any special need. He hasn’t babbled , doesn’t interact when you hold close to him , he does have eye contact to you from far .

I am worried but I’m looking to start interventions early which enables me to support him. I’m also a new parent hence I get very anxious.

All sounds perfectly "normal" fit want of a better word. You'll get more replies on the parenting boards as this is for adult neurodiverse mumsnetters and I wouldn't want you to miss out on advice.
