Heat sensory issues

I cope with heat itself fine, it's things related to heat I can't cope with. The sensation of sweating and sunscreen on my skin feels so unbearable that I've not left my flat so far this weekend and won't today either. I am dreading being on public transport and doing home visits tomorrow. I am also not looking forward to the office small talk of how nice the weather is, and the looks I get when I say I do not like the heat. Why don't people accept that not everyone likes the heat? Why do people have this attitude that when the sun is out people must be happy and spend time in it?

I much prefer spring or autumn to this weather.

Yep.

I manage with clear sunspray which is less sticky. I've been sunburnt and that fucking hurts so I think it helps me put up with it. (Though I am probably bloody lucky that I can)

However, I sympathize as I have spent £30 on prescriptions I can't tolerate on my skin. And am still fucking itchy.

It's horrible. I hate everything pretty much about summer. Getting into my hot car immediately puts me in unreasonable rage.

I finally found some facial suncream this year that doesn't make me want to scream, Garnier Ambre Solaire SPF 50+ Dry Mist Sun Spray.

Reverse SAD is a thing, I believe I have it.

I can't stand the heat or the sun. The sun is worse. I can't. It overwhelms me so badly. I come from a very warm country and everyone is always oh! Why did you move here? because I ducking hate the sun that is why. And now we are having two months of summer with sun daily and I can't deal

I use shade and clothing to stop sunburn. Sunscreen is the work of satan. It doesn't feel like moisturiser, it's different in a awful sticky greasy way and tastes vile and makes my eyes sting.

I absolutely hate it
