Adults with ADHD - how do other people ‘manage’ you

I strongly suspect that I have adhd but for various reasons I haven’t pursued an official diagnosis. I am acutely aware that I drive other people nuts with my disorganisation, procrastination and ations that I’m probably unaware of.
My question is how do your friends and colleagues deal with it and ‘manage’ you? (Not that it’s their responsibility but hopefully you know what I mean. And apart from constantly apologising how can help them to help me?

Very good question but I don't know the answer sadly

I try to stay out of situations where I have to change myself to suit other peoples opinions. I am not working at the moment but prior I was self employed for over 10 years. It meant other people didn't have to 'cope' with me. At home DH is bloody brilliant and I have never felt I had to help him to help me.
