Could struggle with eye contact be ADHD or Dyslexia?

I am diagnoaed dyslexic. I've not been assessed for anything else.

I relate to a lot of innattentive ADHD traits but I also struggle with making eye contact when I'm talking and especially in a group. Could that be down to Dyslexia or ADHD? I don't really relate to a much of the autistic traits unless they are also inattentive ADHD traits.

Any advice, insights suggestions or reading recommendations welcome.

Thank you.

I think it could just be normal? I think it is quite uncomfortable to make direct eye contact and not very natural. Because you're thinking about it you're noticing it but I bet really nobody makes eye contact in the situations you're talking about.

@BertieBotts I know that it's not normal. But thanks for the reply.

I think with neurodiversity there is lots of overlap in traits between the diagnosed conditions. We have ASC, ADHD, PDA, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia in my close family. I'm watching my son and trying to work out what of his behaviours are down to dyslexia and dyspraxia or whether there is something else going on(ADHD or ASC), and its really hard to say to say as many ADHD or ASC type traits could be down to Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. Not making eye contact could be for lots of reasons really. I know thats not helpful, sorry. If you think you might have ADHD I would go for an assessment.
