Hello,

I have 4 children 2 sons and 2 daughters. My 10 year old son is currently waiting for a referral for adhd/autism and my 8 year old son recieved his diagnosis for autism last may. The issue im having is that they constantly fight and i when i mean fight they really go at it. My 8 year old will get quite upset and my 10 year old doesnt seem remorseful at all. This doesnt just happen in the home it happens on the way to school and pretty much whereever we are if they are together. They both share a room and ive been trying every where to get an exchange to give them a seperate room and space. We have tried putting a room divider in and it doesnt work as it blocks the window or from one of them getting to the door. I am yet to speak to our local council but have the fear that they will just dismiss me. I cant even split them apart and have them share with one of their sisters each as they can become quite aggressive when their personal space is invaded and i just dont want to take the risk in one of the girls getting hurt as they are younger at 6 and 4 years old. I just need some advice on what to do next please.

It might be worth you posting on the special needs board as you'll get far more responses than on here, as this is for adult neurodiverse mumsnetters and nowhere near as much traffic. If you report your own post, then mods can move it for you. Didn't want to see you hanging, waiting for a response.
