Part time jobs

Well, after a period of a few years out of work, I started volunteering late last year.

now I feel I’m ready to get a job, just a part time one.

got a rejection today after just looking at my application and I really wanted that job, gutted tbh. But oh well, got lots of others in the running. I just really wanted that one.

got an interview for one on Tuesday but the hours are a bit early for me but I’m gonna do the interview to gain experience.

it’s just so difficult to get a part time job, in a shop or similar as I really don’t want a professional job.

anyone got any advice?

I don't interview well at all @fidgetcube. There are loads of tips in the internet but I think you might be better doing some interview practice with a friend or family member of you can, or even just with a mirror?

Good luck on Tuesday. If you do get the job, I'd take it as it's often more easy to get a job once you've already got one Flowers
