I feel like I'm trying to swim upstream - paralysed with so many things I need to do but don't know where to start. I think I have inattentive ADHD but I don't know where to begin with getting assessed by a professional.
Can anyone recommend someone in Hampshire/Berkshire/Surrey area please?
