Symptoms Q

Based on some recent events (including family member getting a diagnosis) & further research I highly suspect I may have ADHD (also in process of discussing possible chronic fatigue with Dr).

Before I seek a diagnosis & bring this up with my GP I wondered if there is anywhere appropriate to list a load of symptoms for people to say 'yep likely' or 'not likely'. Or any online screening type tools?

I had considered posting a list here but wasn't sure if there were more specific forums I should go to instead.

Thanks!

I don't know about a list but it is a good idea to take a list/notes to.tbe GP.

Various tests available here
novopsych.com.au/assessments/

and here
psychology-tools.com

to see if you meet criteria.

Symptom profiles can be found on various websites and detailed in books.

Here’s one to get you started, you can see if it sounds like you. Good idea to write a mini report on yourself to bring to gp and keep on file.

Thank you. I’ll take a look at those links & will take a list with me to GP when I book an appointment
