Has anyone had experience of this? I am planning to ask my employer to potentially fund it as a reasonable adjustment (recommended by Occupational Health).

I've had a look at ADHD UK but are there any other providers I should explore?

I have no advice I'm afraid but bumping this as it sounds like a very interesting and potentially useful thing. Do you mind if I ask if it's purely for work skills/performance, or life generally? Apologies if that is a rude question.

Hi there, I think it is mostly for work but there might be coaches who can help in other areas of your life.

The ADHD UK services are here - adhduk.co.uk/employer-support/

I’m an ADHD coach and if anyone is interested in coaching I’d recommend applying for funding via a scheme called access to work. Loads of my clients get free coaching that way!

Coaches
I’d recommend anyone ADDCA trained
I had Tina Squire who is great. Also a mum of ND kids.
