Forum recommendations?

I'm autistic and I usually use Mumsnet as a forum but after seeing some comments across other boards in the last few months I've been looking to branch out and see which other sites I might like? What forums do you all like to use to discuss neurodivergence? Also, are there any similar forums for general topics you find have a good atmosphere?

I like reddit as there's a sub for everything you can think of plus lots of autistic subs too. I've also joined some autistic discord servers And am parts of random discords too for just general chatting.

I find Reddit hard to navigate for some reason, especially when searching for a topic when I only have a topic in mind rather than a named sub. Are there any particular subs you'd recommend?

Yes, it has been particularly gruelling on here recently. Some vile language.

If you search on your topic the search will show you subs based on that if you scroll along to communities.
I've been searching for composting today and this pulls up all the relevant subs

I like reddit, there are a few subs there I find helpful. One is r/aspergirls, another is r/weirdoldbroads, there are more but I can't remember them off the top of my head. If you do go to reddit, I suggest joining subs and filtering your homepage to only show content from subreddits you are on, it makes the whole experience much easier and enjoyable!
