Book/YouTube or info recommendations for adult diagnosis of adhd please

Hi I’d really like some info help to get my head round my adult children’s recent diagnosis of adhd please. Especially as one of them tells me I have it too, it’s a bit mind boggling and I feel very overwhelmed by it all. Thanks

I'd recommend anything by Russel Barkley. He's got a series of YouTube videos and has also written a book, which may be called taking charge of adult ADHD

For readability I'd recommend delivered from distraction by ed hallowell.
