Tights!

Hello,

I'm in the market for some tights, I've got loads of nice winter dresses but haven't worn them for the past couple of years because tights give me the ick/sensory issues.

They need to be a warm/knitted style not the shiny/clingy material tights are usually in

Don't fall down

Preferably no toe seams or ones that don't feel too obvious

Soft waistband that doesn't roll over

Basically like thinner leggings with feet! If that's possible. I've tried wearing leggings with socks but they don't look as smart.

Any recommendations would be great, thanks!

Falke Family are the only tights I can tolerate. I'm autistic with loads of issues around clothing sensitivity (amongst many other things 😂)

Falke are not cheap, but their tights and socks wash well and last for ages. Sometimes you can get Falke on Amazon for less than the RRP.

I really ger on well with snag tights. I think their main target audience is larger ladies so they've really thought about the sizing and comfort factor. I hate tights that I can FEEL all day long but these are like leggings.

I also love Snag! Super comfy and cosy, don't roll down and give me nice sensory feedback (I like the sensation of pressure from tights)

If you are wearing boots with them, have you tried footless tights?
I much prefer them as they feel like leggings as they aren't on your feet.

You might find tights with a high wool content to be more comfortable.

Snags are fab!
