Diagnosed today

I became autistic on paper today. What a strange feeling. I have no idea how to feel really, my brain is cycling through every feeling.

Any newly diagnosed folks here?

Oh goodness it's difficult isn't it. It take s a long while to settle. Not there yet but getting there slowly.

How are you doing duckie?

Yes a few months ago. Not told anyone other than my husband, I think work would be supportive personally but it might make it more difficult for me to progress so not sure to disclose or not. I was actually surprised I didn't find it a relief at all, just fairly depressing.
