Recently got funding agreed - am curious about anyone else’s experience of a support worker- mines for admin and job coaching - almost full time.

I have an 'autism mentor' funded by ATW. I mostly use the resource to help me navigate and try to understand (NT) behaviour of colleagues and management and to interpret their often useless/misleading/pointlessly long winded communication.

Thanks Clarice - I’m getting to grips with it a bit more - I’ve got admin and job coaching support - it’s been quite overwhelming sourcing the workers (job share) but I’m really excited about what it will mean now they’re identified. It so strange though.
