Will the GP call childrens services?

I've finally realised I need to see the GP to be referred for assessment. I think it's likely that I have ADHD.

However, I'm worried that when I tell them my house is messy and I struggle with organisation, doing the washing etc they will inform social services because I have a toddler. She is well cared for, she is clean, safe, happy and well fed. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Was your house the same when you, I assume, had midwife and health visitor visits?

I know children create infinite amounts more mess and washing, but my point was if things are similar and they raised no concerns then don't worry.

I have no experience but from what I know of social services they would not see any issue with a healthy happy child. The struggle to make a conventional looking home is never ending. I try to remember that I never judge other people's houses in terms of cleanliness etc. Some very good parents I know have chaotic houses.
