Autism-specific counselling?

RaisingAgent · 12/06/2022 21:39

Can anyone recommend an autism-specific counsellor please?

Looking for a counsellor with experience and understanding around women undiagnosed until 40s and then things falling apart.

Thanks.

I am aware of this therapist working with neurodivergent people.

She's based in Manchester but works online. Not sure of her availability but she will help if she can.

Hope you find the right person Raising.
It's certainly a very lonely place to be, I can totally understand 💐

I am meant to get six counselling sessions post feedback, as part of my assessment package. Although I probably do need to chase the feedback appointment now, as it's been a while.

Can anyone recommend someone in the Surrey / Hampshire borders please? I have a wonderful therapist but I am not sure she 'gets' the ND issues

Not sure if she is far enough North for you: uk.linkedin.com/in/carol-southall-493541148
