The Owl Centre, autism assessments

Hi,
I've found this, and it looks good insofar as they can visit your home. Does anyone know if the NHS recognises their reports?

I was referred for an NHS autism assessment and they outsourced it to The Owl Centre! The report was very detailed and explained exactly how the assessment had been carried out and how I met the criteria. It meets NICE guidelines so the NHS should accept it.
